How to Use FESS Eucalyptus Direct the nozzle into your right nostril. Aim brightly back and out towards the top of your right ear - Fully depressed the pump. Repeat in the left nostril. Adults: 2-3 sprays per nostril. Use FESS children 's. Use FESS Little Noses.
